This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and disclose it, and the choices and rights available to you. This Policy is intended to comply with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act, S.A. 2003, c. P-6.5 ("PIPA").
AI-Empowered Solutions is based in Alberta, Canada. If you have questions about this Policy or our privacy practices, contact our designated Privacy Officer:

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as financial, health, or government identification numbers) through the Site.
We collect personal information only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, and only to the extent necessary for those purposes. We collect and use your personal information to:
At the point of collection, we will identify the purpose for collecting your personal information, either verbally or in writing (including through this Policy), unless the purpose is already reasonably apparent to you.
By sending us an email, submitting a scheduling request, or submitting your information through a lead form on Meta (Facebook or Instagram), you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of that information as described in this Policy — including the use of your name, email address, phone number, website, and job title to contact you regarding AI consulting services for your organization. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice, by contacting our Privacy Officer using the details in Section 1. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry, book a meeting with you, or continue providing certain services to you.
We use a limited number of service providers to help us operate our business and respond to inquiries efficiently:
Anthropic, PBC ("Anthropic")
Emails you send us may be forwarded to or synced with Claude Team, an artificial intelligence workspace product, which we use to summarize, organize, and triage correspondence.
Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft")
We use Microsoft 365 to host our business email and to store and manage documents and records, which may include your personal information.
Calendly, Inc. ("Calendly")
When you book a discovery call or meeting with us, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any details you provide in the scheduling form on our behalf.

We run advertising on Facebook and Instagram that may include lead forms. When you complete a lead form on one of our Meta ads, Meta collects your name, email address, phone number, website URL, job title, and any other information you choose to provide, and shares it with us so that we may contact you about AI consulting services for your organization.
Google LLC ("Google")
Our Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, your IP address and basic technical details of the request are transmitted directly to Google by your browser. We do not use Google Fonts to identify you, we do not receive this information, and no name or email address is involved.
When you complete a lead form on Meta, you interact directly with Meta on its own platform. That interaction is governed by Meta's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to this Policy, and we encourage you to review them at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
When you book through Calendly, you interact directly with Calendly on its own platform. That interaction is governed by Calendly's Terms of Use and Privacy Notice in addition to this Policy, and we encourage you to review them at calendly.com/legal. Nothing in this Policy limits your rights against us, and we remain accountable for the personal information we ask Calendly to collect on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We disclose personal information only:
